The web committee is given the task of ensuring the bands web presence is always  up to date and is an elegant and simple to use tool for parents and directors.  The website should become the primary focal point of activity and correspondence.  Included with the website is the mailing list maintenance where primary communication takes place.   Parents can get involved by becoming suppliers of stories for the site.  We're always looking for information about the different groups within the bands program.   So having feature reporters on scene really helps.
