Hard to believe that marching season is in full swing with our first home football game on August 20, 2010. For those parents who were able to come out during band camp, it is evident that the students are working hard and this year’s show will be awesome.

As schedules permit, please try to come out to the home games and competitions. As the season progresses, the show will continue to evolve. As always, you are also welcomed to come out to any or all of the practices.

For Grand Nationals in Indianapolis, the Boosters have been able to secure a block of twenty rooms with discount prices for Friday Night – November 12, 2010. The rooms are priced at $85 and will be held thru October 28, 2010. Once they are gone – they’re gone. If you are interested, please contact the Hilton North. This is the same hotel that the band will be staying in. Indicate when making your reservations that you are with the Lake Central Band Boosters.

Finally, thanks to all the parents who assisted with Band Camp. This year was a “hot” one and I truly appreciate the work of the chaperones and those who assisted with lunch and skit night.
